Rizla blue cigarette rolling papers are a fine weight, low ash, slow burning paper for the smoker who wants the paper to a minimal part of the smoke. These are slightly longer and narrower than the other Blue King Size Rizla meaning a longer smoke with less paper. They are 110mm long and there are 32 papers in a booklet.
